In order to add content in the knowledge base follow the steps below:
Under Course Creation select Course Builder.
Choose the minor group that you want to upload the files to and click on Preview.
Select Group Discussions on the right side of the screen.
This leads you to the Knowledge base. Now click on Create a new section and add a section name. You can then upload files on to the knowledge base.
That's how easy it is.
